Voted "BEST BBQ IN ALL OF ARIZONA" by me! Their sauce is so delicious and meat is always fresh and flavorful. The brisket is absolutely to die for tender and we will try the chicken tonight which looks grilled and sauced to perfection!. I need to know what seasoning you put in the potato salad cause it is AHMAZINGGGGG!! Anytime we come to Flag, we will hunt you down and find you because we need this bbq amazingness in our life!

Hands down the best meat spot in town! The flag local beef burger is my fav. Brisket and chicken is baller too- and Im a midwesterner, we know our bbq:) Awesome super friendly and helpful folks working there too- they always accomodate my wierd allergies and are super nice about it!

I love the burgers at Wil's Grill! Went up with my hubby for a day trip to Flagstaff to see the Fall Colors and luckily saw the Wil's Grill food truck near Humphreys and Ft. Valley. Grabbed lunch here and it once again did not disappoint. The mac & cheese is a solid 10 and the bison burger is a 9... only because I like the elk burger a little more and give that a 10. If you haven't tried Wil's Grill yet, you're missing out!
